Registration

The number of participants at Mech'cheM-2025 being limited, all scientists wishing to participate should register by May 4th, 2025. The early registration rate will only be available until March 16, 2025. To register, please follow the indications below.

December 1st, 2024: conference registration opens
March 16, 2025: deadline for early registration and abstract submission
May 4th, 2025: deadline for registration

Registration includes access to all lectures and oral or poster presentations, coffee break and lunch, book of abstract and participation to the Welcome cocktail on the first evening, and to the social dinner on thursday evening.

Application for oral and/or poster presentations

Applications for an oral or poster presentation are now open. Please create a Sciencesconf account first, then go to the Abstract submission tab. A template can be downloaded during the submission process. Please note that your application for oral or poster presentations will only be taken into account if both your registration and payment are complete.
